  • Rules for Filling the Application Form

    • 1. The service-related details and application guidelines should be carefully read before filling out the application form. In the application form, red star-marked boxes must be filled out. Other fields are not mandatory.
    • 2. Before submitting the form, double-checked the terms and conditions.

    • 1. Fill out the general formation section with your full name, phone number, email address, designation, password, and confirm password.
    • 2. To retrieve your filled document, select the option to “Save as Draft”.
    • 3. Select the kind of your organization, for instance, “Bangladesh Secretariat," the name of your organization, for instance "minister of finance," as well as the number of users in your organization in the "organization information" area. Then, click "Next" to continue filling out the form.
    • 4. Separate sections for manual upload and bulk upload of authorized personnel information.
    • 5. If the organization has fewer than 5 users, choose manual upload and fill out the form. For lists with several users, choose the "Add More" button and complete the form with the necessary data.
    • 6. If there are more than 5 users in the organization, choose bulk upload. Then, download the excel file, fill it up with the necessary user data, and upload it using the "upload file" option.
    • 7. Upload the file for the MoU agreement in the appropriate form, then read the terms and conditions before checking the box that reads, "I accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions."
    • 8. Click the submit button to finish the application.
